Established by Frederick Woman’s Civic Club, the fund provides grants to nonprofits and scholarships to deserving students. The Frederick Woman’s Civic Club is a volunteer, nonpartisan, nondenominational organization providing service to the community and the world-at-large. Through its community service projects, it continues to be a driving force for a better, safer, and more inclusive community for all Frederick County residents.
