FREDERICK, MD – December 22, 2021: Founded by Timothy and Patricia O’Toole, The Roger and Golda Delauter Memorial Fund has been established with The Community Foundation of Frederick County and becomes one of its more than 750 component charitable funds.
The second installment in our conversation about the Community Foundation’s current strategic grantmaking focuses on supporting families with children. The key findings from the 2018 Needs Assessment included that families with children need improved access to quality childcare and out-of-school activities and supervision.
