FREDERICK, MD – October 27, 2021: The Trauma Responsive Frederick Fund has been established with The Community Foundation of Frederick County and becomes one of its more than 750 component funds.
This fund was founded by Trauma Responsive Frederick, a volunteer group made up of community leaders and advocates who strive to make Frederick County a trauma responsive community. Contributions to this fund will support the county in its journey to accomplish this and become trauma informed. This fund has been created to facilitate the activities of this initiative which include education, training, resource development, workforce development, advocacy and support of other entities whose work aligns with the mission and vision of Trauma Responsive Frederick.
