If you plan to request memorial contributions to be made in memory of a loved one to a Community Foundation fund, please contact a member of the Philanthropic Services team at (301) 695-7660 or giving@frederickcountygives.org to provide the following information:

• Name of deceased
• Your relationship to the deceased
• Name of the fund to which contributions should be directed

We will create a URL and/or QR code that is specific to the fund that may be included in the obituary or shared electronically as a convenient way for family and friends to make memorial contributions. We are happy to provide suggested language to include in the obituary about how to make memorial contributions.
