Founded by parents Mr. and Mrs. George Randall for scholarships for elementary school children at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Center.
Robert Randall was born June 10, 1985 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He attended Lewistown Elementary School and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. The Robert E. Randall Memorial Endowment Fund was established by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Randall, after a heart condition took his young life. In memory of Robert’s love for art and the incredible talent he showed at a young age, the fund awards scholarships for school children to attend classes at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Center.
